Collaborative is a 3-day immersive experience where today's change makers co-create the future of social entrepreneurship. This year, Mintz Levin's own Tyrone Thomas will speak on a panel entitled "How #MeTo is changing Nonprofits."

The #MeToo movement means going beyond preventing harassment and focusing on the gender and power dynamics at nonprofits. This panel will also cover ways to measure the climate at your organization and involve people at every level of the organization in improving the culture so harassment doesn’t occur.
