2018 Relativity Fest

Mintz Member John Koss will speak on two panels at the 2018 Relativity Fest. First, in “From Carpenter to the GDPR: 2018 Data Privacy and Protection Law Update,” Koss and other legal experts will examine legal and regulatory developments and how they affect data discovery and e-discovery practices. Second, in “A Bazooka to a Knife Fight: Practical Technology to Enhance Your ECA Workflow in Relativity,” Koss and Mintz Project Manager Ryan Schwalbe will speak on ways to improve early case assessment and data reduction as well as provide tips on spotting potentially catastrophic collection errors using various document analytics and data validation techniques.
