How Estate Planners, Fiduciaries, & Litigators “Fix” Trusts

This CLE program will discuss the “tools” used to fix problems with trust terms and/or trust administration – such as decanting, modification, non-judicial settlement agreements, and court proceedings – from the perspectives of an estate planner, a fiduciary, and a litigator.  Program materials will include a sample NJSA and other tools, along with hypotheticals and the key issues each speaker would focus on based on her/his unique perspective.  Learn the legal aspects of each method, along with the practical issues to consider with each tool from varying points of view.
