Environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles have become increasingly important in the context of private equity transactions. Investors in private equity funds are demanding that their investee funds take ESG considerations into account when making their investment decisions. The SEC has started to focus on diversity and climate risk disclosures. And private funds are looking for ways to better identify and mitigate risks and to unlock value.

During this webinar, panelists will discuss the various ways in which ESG considerations may impact private equity transactions – the panel will address, among other things, how investor expectations, ESG-focused due diligence and external pressures from regulators and investors may impact the way in which private equity funds do deals.
