Once again, IntAP is delighted to welcome program participants to another Technical Meeting in Munich on June 20, 2023 to be followed by the formal General Meeting of Members on June 21, 2023.
IntAP welcomes back, via their screens, Marc Abrams, from Mintz, New York, to provide members with a US legal update.The IntAP Technical Meeting will revisit the recurring themes that perhaps would not have evolved were it not for the harm caused to the reinsurance industry: regulation, finality and generally, aggregation, albeit just one of the claims aspects arising from war, severe weather and COVID.
