New Territory: State Health Care Transaction Review Laws

10 States have enacted, in some form, health care transaction review laws that are designed to review antitrust, quality, need and other related issues in transactions that have not otherwise been the focus of regulatory scrutiny to date. This webinar will discuss the common themes in the state processes and differences. 

The presenters will discuss how transaction reviews by state regulators have and will change the nature of certain types of health care transactions. 

The webinar will address the specific requirements in certain reviews, such as disclosure or ownership, financial information and transaction documents. 

The presenters will discuss approaches to complying with the review processes from both a transactional and regulatory perspective.
