Joshua Briones, Managing Member of Mintz’s Los Angeles office, is quoted in a Bloomberg Law article on the subject of a lawsuit brought against Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que for sending unsolicited marketing message without written consent. Joshua is counseling the restaurant operator in the case.
