To accommodate its growing San Diego presence, Mintz has announced the expansion of its San Diego office footprint and the extension of its lease. Located just off of Interstate 5 at Gateway at Torrey Hills, the firm’s San Diego office will grow from approximately 45,000 square feet to more than 54,000 square feet.
“As a result of client demand, our San Diego workforce has grown by nearly 40 percent in the last year and a half,” said Daniel Pascucci, Managing Member of the firm’s San Diego office. “We wanted the ability to continue to grow and were pleased to work with the Irvine Company on a lease that allows for that flexibility. This is a great location for both our clients and our attorneys and staff.”
The firm currently occupies the entire third floor and a portion of the fourth floor at 3580 Carmel Mountain Road. Under the new, six-year lease, Mintz's premises will be expanded to include the remainder of the fourth floor and a portion of the second floor.
