Managing Member Bob Bodian sat down for an interview with The American Lawyer to talk about Mintz, in particular return to office, associate hiring, the 2022 market, and what 2023 will have in store. Bob explained, "Internally, we are doing the same things we have always done, which is bringing in laterals and focusing on client service and making the firm better. Really hoping to have an eighth record year in a row. We continue to be strong and deep in life sciences, energy, technology and finance. That is what we are doing."
