Patent For Cholesterol Drug Livalo Is Valid, Judge Rules
Kathleen Carr and David Conlin, both Members in the Boston Mintz office and patent litigators, were featured in a Law360 article covering the ruling in the matter of a patent infringement trial against Amneal and Apotex. The case was brought by Japanese drugmaker Kowa Co. Ltd. The judge found that Kowa’s patent for the drug Livalo was valid. Kathleen and David represented Kowa.
