Supreme Court Backs Generic Drugmaker in ‘Skinny Labeling’ Case
Sige Gutman was quoted in STAT about SCOTUS’ unanimous decision backing a generic drugmaker in a key “skinny labeling” case that is expected to support continued generic competition.
Sige noted, “Although the decision is narrow, it should bolster generic drugmakers … [because] the decision focuses the issue on what a generic drugmaker actually does rather than how others might interpret its statements.”
