Anna concentrates her practice on corporate and transactional matters. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Mintz, Anna was an associate at an international law firm. She also served as a corporate counsel extern for a financial services company, where she worked on compliance matters and conducted research involving tax and litigation issues. During law school, Anna completed judicial externships with two judges of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.

Anna earned her JD, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a member of the San Diego Law Review. She received CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in six courses, including Legal Writing and Research I, Corporations, and Evidence. Anna earned her BA in psychology, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
