  • Alongside co-chair of the firm’s Sports and Entertainment Practice, represented Alex Cora and other Red Sox team employees with regard to the Major League Baseball investigation into allegations of illegal use of electronic equipment by the Red Sox during 2018 and 2019 to steal opposing pitchers’ signs during games.
  • Successfully represented a national law firm in a malpractice suit brought by the trustee of a former client in a bankruptcy matter, which resulted in disposing of all of the plaintiff’s claims at summary judgment.  
  • Representing investors in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the founders of a biotech company involving securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and common-law fraud.
  • Representing a national corporation in connection with an ongoing OIG investigation.
  • Alongside the chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, representing a client in ongoing efforts to change client’s deportation status and represent her in post-conviction relief efforts.
