Gary is responsible for Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration at Mintz.

Drawing on his experience as a senior recruiter at an AmLaw 25 law firm and as a legal search consultant, Gary leads Mintz’s firm-wide team in advancing its strategic growth priorities and differentiating Mintz in the competitive lateral market.

Gary also oversees the integration of new lateral partners into the firm. Mintz’s integration program begins even before a new partner starts, with customized support from an interdisciplinary team. The team that Gary leads works hand-in-hand with new partners to focus on client transition, making strategic internal connections, and identifying synergistic opportunities to help a lateral’s practice flourish at Mintz. As a Volta Certified Lawyer Coach with more than a decade of experience in legal career advising, Gary leads lateral partners in identifying and reaching their goals upon joining the firm.
