Marcus concentrates his practice on corporate matters, including corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients across a wide range of industries, including financial technology, blockchain and digital assets, cannabis, and mining.
Marcus earned his JD from Western University, where he served as a staff editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and as a caseworker with a legal clinic. Prior to law school, Marcus completed an honours BA in political studies from Queen’s University.
