Marcus concentrates his practice on corporate matters, including corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients across a wide range of industries, including financial technology, blockchain and digital assets, cannabis, and mining. Marcus is based in the Toronto office. 

He earned his JD from Western University, where he served as a staff editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and as a caseworker with a legal clinic. Prior to law school, Marcus completed an honours BA in political studies from Queen’s University.
