Sarah focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and health care transactions, along with other corporate matters, including transaction structuring, due diligence, corporate governance, risk allocation, and deal execution. She also counsels clients on intellectual property and licensing issues, trademark and publicity rights, and content commercialization matters in sports, entertainment, music, media, and brand-driven transactions.

Sarah manages transactions from diligence through closing and drafts and negotiates a variety of transaction and governance documents, including asset purchase and equity purchase agreements, stockholder agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and joint venture agreements. Her work for clients in the sports, entertainment, music, and media industries include commercial transactions involving sponsorships, licensing arrangements, publishing agreements, broadcast agreements, and content production and distribution. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Sarah practiced as a corporate associate at large national law firms, where she advised private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions.
