Shreyas concentrates his practice on complex patent litigation across US and international forums involving cutting-edge technologies like AI, encryption, and high-performance computing. He has experience managing all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial, including taking and defending depositions, expert discovery, and motion practice. Shreyas has also drafted patent applications spanning mobile tech, AI, satellite tracking, networking, and mechanical systems. 

Prior to his legal career, Shreyas spent a decade as a software engineer and project manager, during which time he spearheaded multimillion-dollar enterprise solutions and earned recognition for leadership and innovation.

Shreyas earned his JD from the New York University School of Law, where he was senior editor of the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law. He also has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to law school, he earned an MCS from North Carolina State University and a BS in computer science from Arizona State University.

Shreyas is based in the San Francisco office.
