- We assisted Sentinel in structuring its business and leasing models
Mintz has represented Sentinel Data Centers in a multitude of transactions within the data center development and leasing space. As the company grew larger, Sentinel bought five different data center buildings, which the company renovated and upgraded to be sold to two of the largest data center real estate investment trusts in the United States.
Our team has helped the client since it entered the data center business 15 years ago. We've guided it through the buying, selling, developing, and leasing process of data centers in multiple jurisdictions. And we've provided legal support from the inception of the purchases, through the renovation stages, and through the final sales.
During the 15 years that we've represented Sentinel, we've assisted the client in structuring its business and leasing models and in creating substantial value and return on investment for its investors.
Jeffrey Moerdler, head of our New York Real Estate and Communications practices, leads our work on this case, with assistance from Mintz Member David Alin.
