  • The Affordable Care Act: What's Trending and What's Next

To say that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has had a major impact on employers and employer-sponsored group health plans is something of an understatement. While many were hoping that the law would be repealed or invalidated, these hopes have not materialized. • The tax on high cost health plans — Code § 4980I and its likely impact on plan design
  • The coming group health plan nondiscrimination rules (and why you should be worried)
  • Recent developments in wellness programs
  • Current legislative activity involving the ACA
