Mintz Member Sue Finegan will speak on a panel entitled, "Access to Justice in Brazil and the U.S." The panel, which includes four Brazilian judges and US experts, will cover issues on systematic problems in access to justice. Topics include comparing the U.S. and Brazilian experiences, such as the respective costs and benefits in each system, so as to learn from, evaluate, and propose improvements to access to justice.
