The Appellate Bench-Bar Conference will explore themes and topics derived from a Flaschner Institute survey sent to every attorney who has practiced in the Commonwealth’s appellate courts since July 2015. The over 550 attorneys who responded to the survey included nearly 1,500 personal comments.
Mintz's own Susan Finegan will moderate a breakout session during the event, featuring Hon. Barbara A. Lenk, Hon. Peter Agnes, and Appeals Court Assistant Clerk Julie Goldman.

Susan M. Finegan is a recognized pro bono pioneer and Chair of Mintz's Pro Bono Committee. She manages pro bono matters for the firm and co-chairs the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission.
