E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs) was founded in 2000 on the premise that what’s good for the environment is good for the economy, and that smart environmental policies promote economic growth. E2 has influenced critical policies at the state, regional, and federal levels in a wide range of sectors, including energy, climate, oceans, water, transportation, and smart growth. They promote policies that not only improve our air, water, and public health, but also create jobs and provide better economic returns using fewer natural resources.

Mintz is proud to host the E2 New England Event: Can Regenerative Agriculture Save our Land & the Planet?, which will explore new farming practices known as regenerative agriculture (also called carbon farming). If implemented, regenerative agriculture could sustainably offset much of the country’s carbon footprint — while at the same time making soils healthier, increasing yields, and boosting resilience to climate change. Legislation to incentivize these practices is now pending at both the state and federal level. Event speakers will include Ethan Soloviev, EVP of Research at HowGood and owner of High Falls Farm in High Falls, NY, and Lara Bryant, Deputy Director of Water & Agriculture and the Nature Program of the Natural Resources Defense Council.
