The Collaborative is a 3-day immersive experience designed exclusively for nonprofit professionals and social impact leaders to learn, share, and get inspired. From fundraising and marketing best practices, to the latest in technology and data, companies will gain the tools, strategies, and connections needed to accelerate their organization’s impact. The event has 100+ speakers and around 1,200 attendees.
Mintz's own Tom Burton will lead a panel entitled, "Impact Investing: The Whos, Whats, Whys and Approaches." This session will provide a global perspective on how social entrepreneurs and impact investors can navigate business, legal, and cultural hurdles while simultaneously generating positive financial, social, and environmental returns. Attendees will hear an impact investing case study firsthand from an investor, company, and lawyer who worked together to accomplish a deal in the space.
