Every hour, a new lawsuit alleging website inaccessibility is filed in the United States. Every company with an internet presence is at risk of exposure to suit from plaintiffs with disabilities. This CLE will walk the audience through the current legal landscape on website inaccessibility law, discuss the latest decisions on the subject in New York, California and other relevant jurisdictions, and then discuss some options for remediation.
