Time: 9:00AM - 12:30PM

Location: Practising Law Institute, 1177 Avenue Of The Americas, Second Floor, New York, NY

Law firm cyber breaches are a growing problem, and most experts agree it’s not a question of “if” a cyberattack will occur, but “when.”  Attorneys are under increasing pressure from government regulators and clients to ensure that sensitive client data stored in law firm servers is secure. PLI’s experts will explore the legal, technological, and ethics issues lawyers should know about, and discuss best practices for guarding against cyber-attacks and handling the aftermath when a cyber breach occurs.

Michael Graif will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Cyber Security Regulations and Risks for Law Firms with Banking/Financial Services Clients.”
