Cybersecurity Best Practices for Lawyers 2021

Cybersecurity attacks and data breaches at law firms are a growing problem.  Experts agree it’s not a question of “if” a cyber-attack will occur, but “when.”  Attorneys are under increasing pressure from government regulators and clients to ensure that sensitive client data stored in law firm servers is secure. In this program, PLI’s experts explore the legal, technological, and ethics issues lawyers should know about, and discuss best practices for guarding against cybersecurity attacks and handling the aftermath when a cyber breach occurs.
