Each year, Mintz brings together a vibrant community of Bay Area leaders, trailblazers, and aspiring changemakers for a conversation on timely topics around leadership, diversity, professional development, and advancement.

This year’s theme is Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset. An entrepreneurial mindset isn’t just for founders— it’s a way of thinking that empowers professionals at every level to lead with creativity, take initiative, and embrace continuous learning.

The event is led by a panel of four inspirational women sharing their experiences and diverse perspectives. It is designed to spark fresh ideas, build community, and empower attendees to lead with purpose and presence.
