ALJ Essex Elaborates an Evidence-Based Framework for Adjudicating the FRAND Defense

Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. ranked 22nd in the Vault 2014 “Best Firms to Work For” annual survey of associate satisfaction. The firm was also ranked among Vault’s Top 100 most prestigious law firms in the country.

The “Best Firms to Work For” rankings are based on surveys administered by the Vault in which associates are asked to provide their opinions of their law firms on a variety of topics including: overall satisfaction, associate and partner relations, compensation, firm culture, training, hours and pro bono, among other criteria.
