Theresa Carnegie was quoted in a Corporate Counsel article analyzing the broader impact of a recent pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) settlement and how it may affect health plans going forward.

Theresa notes that the effects of the settlement will not be limited to PBMs alone saying, “PBMs and health plans have a symbiotic relationship. There will be discomfort not only for PBMs but for health plans in the short term.”
