Mintz Attorney Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr. Named a 2017 Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group

Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr., Managing Member of the New York office and head of the New York Corporate and Securities Practice of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for the second time in the annual report published by BTI Consulting Group. He was previously named a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2012.

Attorneys honored as Client Service All-Stars are selected for inclusion based on unprompted recommendations by more than 300 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large corporations. According to BTI, these attorneys are the leaders in superior client service and provide unique, creative solutions to drive a competitive advantage for their clients’ businesses.

Mr. Gulotta represents both public and private clients in a broad range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, private equity investments, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, and sports and entertainment. He brings special expertise to the representation of investment banking firms in connection with their representation of clients in M&A transactions.

Mr. Gulotta has been named a New York Super Lawyer for six consecutive years since 2011. In addition to serving as Managing Member of the New York office and head of its Corporate & Securities Section, he is a member of the firm’s Policy Committee.
