Pharmacies Have Opportunity to Shape Medicare and Medicaid Contracting Rules
Theresa Carnegie was quoted in a Law.com article discussing the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' request for information as it develops rules governing pharmacy participation in Medicare Part D networks and pharmacy contracting practices.
Theresa says, “A lot of pharmacy networks have performance measures, and the concern from pharmacies has been that a lot of those performance measures have been used not to focus on quality but as a way to claw back money.”
