Mintz Member and Chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice Jeff Porter was quoted in a Boston Globe column on the need for a 21st century plan for the entire Boston Waterfront, not just East Boston as Mayor Wu has suggested, especially since the Downtown plan the Mayor is abandoning took over five years to develop.
