MintzEdge: A New Resource for Entrepreneurs

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new website for entrepreneurs entitled MintzEdge: www.mintzedge.com. This site is intended to function as a resource of useful information for building and growing new and disruptive businesses. These resources include:

  • A checklist exploring the business and legal considerations of starting a new company
  • Featured articles discussing important things to know, such as company formation, corporate governance, raising capital, and intellectual property
  • Links to blogs and websites from industry experts

We at Mintz Levin are committed to helping and growing new and emerging enterprises that will change our world. As such, we want to make our resources readily available to our friends, clients, and the community of entrepreneurs. The site is intended to be a resource of useful information for building and growing new businesses. We want to share our knowledge base from sources both within our Firm and also from outside our Firm. And, if you cannot find what you are looking for, or if you simply have a question, there is a button where you can “Ask us Anything” and we will respond to the best of our abilities.

We urge you to explore the site and let us know what you like, what we can improve upon, and what additional information you would like to see or read. This is only version 1.0 and we have additional information and functionality that we intend to add.
