Real Leaders Announces First-Ever Ranking of Top Impact Companies

Congratulations to the RealLeaders 100 award winners! On January 9, 2019, Real Leaders, together with Big Path Capital and B Lab, announced the RealLeaders 100 Top Impact Companies. Real Leaders explained that the award ranks “the top companies applying capitalism for greater profit and greater good.” This list is the first of its kind and it ranks the winners based on Real Leaders’ Force For Good Formula, which is Revenue × Growth Rate × B Impact Assessment = Force For Good.

Real Leaders began circulating its magazine in 2010, focusing on sustainable business and leadership. The publication has expanded to include the RealLeaders 100 award to recognize companies demonstrating that they can pair financial returns with social and environmental impact. For the next RealLeaders 100 list, companies that meet the following qualifications are eligible for consideration: (1) are privately-owned and independent, (2) have revenues of at least $100,000 in 2015, (3) have revenues of at least $1 million in 2018, and (4) are a current B Corporation, score at least 60 on the B Impact Assessment, or provide other evidence of positive impact. Real Leaders is accepting applications for the next RealLeaders 100 until November 1, 2019.
