Recent M&A Activity:

March 1, 2022: AllCell, a developer of thermal management systems designed to produce compact, lightweight, and long-lasting batteries, was acquired by Beam Global (NAS: BEEM) for an undisclosed amount on March 1, 2022. The acquisition will help Beam diversify rapidly and explore an expansion of battery manufacturing in California.

March 1, 2022: Packetized Energy was acquired by EnergyHub, a subsidiary of Alarm.com Holdings (NAS: ALRM), for an undisclosed amount on March 1, 2022. Packetized Energy is a developer of an energy flexibility platform designed to revolutionize the transition to a renewable future. The company's platform offers peak reduction, load shaping, ancillary services, non-wires alternatives, and wholesale energy arbitrage, enabling clients to dispatch and optimize distributed energy resources without sacrificing customer quality of service.

March 1, 2022: Professional Datasolutions acquired GreenPrint, a provider of carbon-neutral fuel services designed to reduce carbon emissions in the environment, for an undisclosed amount on March 1, 2022. The company's services promote sustainability and create a net-positive impact on the environment, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, advancing sustainable energy, and promoting a brighter tomorrow, enabling people to live their lives, drive their cars, heat their homes, and focus on their shorter-term goals along with promoting a healthy environment.

March 2, 2022: New Energy Equity reached a definitive agreement to be acquired by Allete (NYS: ALE) for approximately $165.5 million on March 2, 2022. New Energy Equity is an operator of a national end-to-end solar development and finance company intended to provide clean electricity to commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility customers under long-term contracts.

March 4, 2022: Bear Peak Power acquired Grid Projects, a developer and provider of solar energy solutions intended to serve property owners and investors, for an undisclosed amount on March 4, 2022. The acquisition will expand Bear Peak Power's solar and energy storage portfolio throughout the United States. The company specializes in rooftop development, solar development at commercial and industrial properties as well as land developments, thereby enabling future sustainability.

March 9, 2022: Battery Solutions, was acquired by Retriev Technologies, a subsidiary of The Heritage Group (Indiana), for an undisclosed amount on March 9, 2022. Battery Solutions offers battery-recycling kits and systems and end-of-life battery life cycle services for industrial-size batteries and small household-type batteries to corporations, governments, municipalities, and households, addressing their diverse needs of regulatory compliance, documentation, safety, logistics, and reporting.

March 15, 2022: Cormetech was acquired by Mr. John Moore and Mr. Edoardo Bugnone, Swiss and US investors, and the company's management team for an undisclosed amount on March 15, 2022. Cormetech is a provider of environmental services intended to offer catalyst regeneration and engineering services to serve the power, marine, industrial-process, refinery, and petrochemical industries.
