Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

Karen Lovitch, a Member and Leader of the Health Law Practice at Mintz, will be a featured speaker at the 2017 G2 Intelligence Lab Institute conference. Her panel, “Compliance Traps to Avoid,” will provide attendees guidance to recognize and avoid costly compliance issues.

The Legal Services Corporation will honor Mintz Member Susan Finegan for her commitment to pro bono legal services in Massachusett. Ms. Finegan’s dedication to expanding pro bono work was a highlight in her nomination.

Mintz represents NuCana, which completed its approximately $114 million initial public offering. The United Kingdom-based clinical-stage company focuses on improving treatment outcomes for patients with cancer.
