Bonnie is the Director of Collections, responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s collections strategy to optimize cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and enhance client experience and satisfaction.

During her more than two decades in the legal industry, Bonnie has held leadership roles at top law firms, where she managed complex billing and collection processes, guided system conversions, and developed firm‑wide revenue cycle policies and training programs. Her expertise spans end-to-end service to cash cycle management, compliance, process improvement, and digitization.

Bonnie earned a BS in business communications from Bentley University and an AS in communications from Endicott College.

She is based in the Boston office.
