She collaborates with firm leadership to deliver firm-wide training programs for Associates, Patent Agents, and Summer Associates through an innovative curriculum that equips our professionals with the technical knowledge and leadership competencies needed for success and advancement.

With over a decade of experience shaping programs that accelerate leadership readiness and strengthen professional growth, Katelyn has a deep expertise in fostering high-performing cultures. Her work promoting a culture of continuous learning has included designing competency frameworks, building leadership development programs, launching global engagement surveys, and overseeing DEI programs that support equitable career advancement.

Katelyn earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in history from the Catholic University of America.

She is based in the Boston office.
