
Katie leads a team responsible for integrated marketing and communications strategy, firmwide public relations, media relations, internal communications, channel and content marketing, creative services, and executive visibility. Her focus is on elevating the Mintz brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns, and building narratives that help the firm and its leaders stand out in a crowded market.
Katie has nearly two decades of agency and brand-side experience across industries and audiences. In previous roles she spearheaded a global corporation’s first social media influencer program and engineered socially driven moments that included real-time conversation and content during the Super Bowl, New York Fashion Week, Lollapalooza, and other major events. She has presided over multimillion-dollar portfolios and led innovative and integrated go-to-market strategies, always with a focus on collaboration, storytelling, and business results.
Katie earned a BA in journalism from the University of Georgia, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she also studied public relations, new media, and Spanish.
She is based in the Boston office.
