Kerri Chace leads a team dedicated to strengthening Mintz’s internal and external communications functions, building a modern, integrated communications engine that aligns messaging across channels and elevates the visibility and reputation of the firm, its people, and its practices. She brings a strategic, solutions driven, and narrative led approach to communications – leveraging disciplined storytelling, data informed insights, and channel fluency to ensure message consistency and sharpen executive and practice positioning in highly competitive markets.

Kerri brings more than a decade of agency and in house experience spanning the legal, healthcare, energy, and science sectors. Prior to joining Mintz, she led external communications for a $3B Am Law 50 firm, serving as a principal architect of its growth story and a trusted advisor to senior leadership through a period of transformative expansion, including tripled revenue over six years, a successful merger, and complex issues and reputation management.

She is recognized for building high trust partnerships, translating business and practice priorities into compelling, stakeholder centric narratives, and connecting integrated communications strategies directly to measurable business outcomes.

Kerri serves on the Board of Directors for the American Institute for Stuttering and holds a B.S. in Communications and Management from Salem State University.

She is based in the Boston office.
