Madeleine supports a broad range of litigation matters. She has experience in areas including securities fraud, breach of contract, civil rights, product liability, defamation, and others.

Prior to joining Mintz, Madeleine clerked for the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino of the US District Court for the Southern District of California and the Honorable John D. Early of the Central District of California. In these roles she prepared bench memoranda and drafted orders on numerous types of motions. 

Madeleine earned her JD as a member of the Order of the Coif from the UCLA School of Law, where she was also editor-in-chief of the Journal of Gender & Law and received awards of excellence in the areas of remedies, evidence, and wills and trusts. Prior to law school, she earned a BA, with high distinction, in development studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

She is based in the San Diego office.
