Peter is an Associate in the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice. He advises clients across these sectors on a broad range of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters. His experience includes broadband and telecoms policy, FCC licensing and market access matters, spectrum and satellite regulation, cybersecurity preparedness, and TCPA-related issues.

Before joining Mintz, Peter served as a staff attorney in the communications, technology, and media group at an international law firm, where he counseled telecom providers, satellite operators, cybersecurity companies, and industry associations on federal regulatory issues. Prior to that, he was the Broadband Policy Fellow at copyright, telecom, and internet law thinktank Public Knowledge. He previously held legal and policy internships with a public interest advocacy organization, the Federal Communications Commission, a wireless industry trade association, and a satellite communications network. In these roles he worked closely with stakeholders across industry, government, and advocacy organizations.

Peter earned his JD from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he served on the Catholic University Law Review as a staff editor and later as a note and comment editor. He received a BA in global studies and geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
