Rebecca leads firm initiatives around knowledge management, AI adoption, and experience data, building systems that make firm knowledge easier to find, use, and trust — with the goal of helping lawyers work smarter. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in legal innovation, Rebecca focuses on designing sustainable, human-centered systems that improve both performance and attorney experience.
Prior to working at Mintz, Rebecca led award-winning pricing and innovation teams at Am Law 100 firms and helped pioneer early data visualization and process-automation efforts that have since become industry standards. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a frequent speaker on legal innovation.
Rebecca earned her JD from Tulane University Law School and holds a BS in mathematics and computer science from Washington University in St. Louis.
She is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and works remotely out of the Boston office.
