Stephanie focuses her practice on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including venture capital, private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. She has experience advising a range of private investment fund sponsors, from emerging firms to large institutional managers, in matters of formation, fundraising, ongoing operations, and regulatory compliance. Her work also includes advising sponsors on internal restructurings, co-investments, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Mintz, Stephanie was a private investment funds associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm. 

While in law school, Stephanie was the executive articles editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Megan Cavanagh of the Michigan Supreme Court. Prior to law school, she earned a BA, with distinction, in political science and organizational studies from the University of Michigan.

Stephanie is based in the New York office.
