The Women’s Initiative at Mintz is dedicated to building a culture of allyship and support throughout the firm in advancing the career success of women attorneys through innovative firm-wide programs and events. Membership in the Women’s Initiative is open to all attorneys and patent agents at the firm.
Women's Initiative Leadership
Led by Member Geri Haight, the Women’s Initiative Steering Committee is deeply committed to the success of all women in the Mintz community. The Committee develops and implements policies and programming that cultivate a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Associate Subcommittee
The Associate Subcommittee assumes a pivotal role in realizing the objectives of the Women's Initiative, particularly in the development of leadership and mentorship programs, and networking opportunities. Their collective efforts extend to delivering business development training, pioneering innovative initiatives, and organizing firm-wide programs and events — all aimed at cultivating an environment that nurtures and champions the success of women across Mintz.
