The Approach

We have represented the Company in significant transactions: the acquisition of an office tower in San Francisco; the acquisition of membership interests in an entity owning an office and retail tower in New York City and related joint venture documentation; and the acquisition of membership interests in an entity owning an office property in Glendale, CA and related joint venture documentation.

Our work included, but was not limited to, property diligence and transfer documentation, complex zoning review and structuring of property management agreements, interest purchase and related transfers, joint venture negotiation, and tax analysis.
