Menlo Adds to Its Growing Portfolio and Acquires 9 Data Center Assets

Mintz represented Menlo Equities, a private, vertically integrated commercial real estate investment firm, in its acquisition of 8 data centers and an 80% interest in a ninth from a partnership between an asset management company and a real estate investment company for approximately $487 million.

Representing Joint Venture in Development of 1,000+ Room Boston Hotel

Mintz represented the joint venture of The Davis Companies and the Omni Hotel Corp. affiliates in the negotiation of a development agreement for a project to transform a vacant Boston parcel into a 1,054-key hotel. Mintz is providing all real estate, environmental, and permitting legal services.

Mintz Assists Touro College with 240,000 Sq. Ft. Office Lease

Our real estate team structured the deal as a 32-year leasehold condominium – an arrangement that provides Touro with a significant tax advantage.
