It is far too late if the first time you plan for a governmental investigation is after the agents come to your door. Investigations can come in many different forms, from many different agencies. While no one wants to anticipate the day when agents call or show up at the company, there are a number of basic planning steps that can be implemented in advance, the effect of which is to save time, money and perhaps the company itself.

This session will offer insights and best practices to better prepare you and your company for the day the government comes knocking.
