2020 Virtual ILOTA Summer Workshops

Mintz Member Susan Finegan will be speaking at the upcoming 2020 Virtual Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account (ILOTA) Summer Workshops on Thursday, August 6th, 2020, hosted by the American Bar Association.

This virtual event will focus on programming and networking opportunities for IOLTA program executive directors, staff members, and trustees. Susan will be speaking on a panel titled "Proceeding Forward with the Certainty of Uncertainty," discussing legal needs arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Her second panel, "Partnering with State Government Funders to Increase Resources for Civil Legal Aid", from 1:45 p.m. -2:45 p.m. will discuss federal funding sources and the impact they can have on civil legal aid.
