This presentation discusses creative strategies in navigating entry and status issues for foreign national employees.  

Restrictionist immigration policies in the U.S. and the U.K. have created a more challenging climate for foreign nationals to enter those countries in temporary visa status. It is also more difficult for foreign nationals to maintain and extend status after entry.  This session discusses creative strategies in navigating entry and status issues for foreign national employees.
